Taco’s owners knew that the old age of the dog indicated that despite being on a treatment he could not survive. Yet Taco was granted a positive change and a lot of love and affection. Also, Merrill has returned the love Taco has given her and never left the hand of her best friend. Not long after that, Taco began to improve amazingly.

While Taco has effectively stabilized and his heart has not become at risk, he still has a variety of respiratory problems, which include life-long medications such as anti-seizure and lung steroids. But that doesn’t deter Taco and his human siblings and his best friend, Merrill, from having fun.
