Taco was a senior dog and had several health issues, such as asthma and dental disease. He only had four teeth. However, these issues seemed to be mild in comparison to what the doctor told the family a month after the family brought Taco for a check-up. Unfortunately, the outlook wasn’t so great.

The medical evaluation showed Taco had an enlarged heart and that there are fluids that filled his lungs. He’d probably suffer imminent heart failure if nothing was done soon. He was immediately put on medications and arranged for a professional examination. The family was looking for the best, but they were preparing for the worst.
