The firemen were faced with a tough decision. Should they just leave the animals there and hope that the mother comes back for them? Or should they simply take things into their own hands since the mother was no there? They were aware that the babies needed help one way or another. One thing they had to do was figure out what these animals were.

The team was unable to figure out what they were. They would only know for sure by pulling out the animals. If they were domestic, they would require serious help. However, they knew that wild animals have a better chance of surviving this.
