The Bad News Bears
The premise of The Bad News Bears appears to be a classic sports film: “underdog squad unites with a grumpy coach and learns the value of teamwork.” On the other hand, the actual movie is filled with swearing, drinking (even by young minor leaguers), and even some violence, making it highly improbable that it would be created today. There was a remake in 2005 that toned down the plot somewhat, and things have altered even more in the last 15 years.

Porky’s (1981)
Several aspects of the 1980s teen sex comedy Porky’s would certainly prevent it from being created today (for example, the strip club storyline… ). The most renowned narrative element in the film, though, is the hole in the wall….you know, the one. The sequence, which depicted a group of adolescent guys covertly digging a hole in the school locker room wall to watch their female classmates change, became synonymous with the film’s portrayal of women. It’s safe to assume it wouldn’t fly nowadays.
