Talley already had some furniture from his previous flat and opted to adapt it to the little area. He grabbed his couch and cut off the back and arms to make it fit. He made new armrests that fit better, saving him money instead of buying a new couch.

This was a key part of the design since Talley wanted a spot to relax and watch movies or eat meals. It gave a touch of comfort and flair to the room. Talley chose to hang the American flag as his first item of décor.
Power Tools At Work
Talley was frightened of using power tools throughout the project since it was a strange concept to him. Nonetheless, these instruments are required for each construction task in order to complete it as quickly as possible. Talley was apprehensive about using power tools since they are dangerous, but he overcame his apprehension.

He may be seen using a power tool to cut the windows for the kitchen and bathroom. With a little experience, he felt more confident tackling the more difficult aspects of the project. He made every effort to ensure that no one was hurt in the process.
