A Tiny Farmhouse
The couple bought a farmhouse in 2012. It was a small place with only an attic and two bedrooms. It is impossible for all six family members to feel comfortable when they move-in the tiny house due to the lack of space. However, the house’s size was not the couple’s concern but the land that the house was rested on. You can see many Oak trees around the house, which made the house more enticing to acquire. Just by looking at it, you can tell that there’s a lot of work to be done.

Either of them couldn’t know that this would take them 18 months to finish. One cause of delay, though, is that the pair had to function on other renovations simultaneously. Chip and Joanna have made many interesting findings while working on their house. They even discovered documents from 1895. The maturity of the ranch house was impossible to discern. However, Joanna found it all the more attractive when she discovered that it had a tale to tell.
