Ready At Last
As we have said previously, it ended up taking them more than a year to move into the completely remodeled ranch house. In October 2013 the Gaines family had moved here. Mostly during procedure, Joanna worked to preserve as much as possible the unique character of the residence. That’s why just one extended layout has been incorporated to the house. They also wanted the master bedroom. Even though venture had other restrictions, none of it prevented her from trying to add amazing equipment to obtain her beautiful home.

They chose a color theme for their ranch house that centered around light tones. Joanna spoke in specifics about this choice on her site. They do have a website for all their renovation projects. They managed to keep the outside of the old farmhouse. It looks as vintage as it once was. They just got to add a white finish to the wooden beams. The small home looks precisely like they wished with the Oak trees around it.
