We could tell that the man loved impressionism and decided to get a tattoo on his face. The results were terrible and would be comparable to Avatar.

It might be one of the creepiest images we could ever see in the list. Some people would be amazed when they saw an elderly who had tattoos on their bodies, but the grandpa in the image was different. The picture that we could see was his mugshot. We did not know what he did to deserve a mugshot, but he had a scary appearance.
