Making The Call
Once she managed to get some privacy, she made an anonymous phone call to the authorities. After dialing the Houston non-emergency line, she was able to talk to the operator about what she witnessed in the home. She was adamant that she was telling the truth that a large tiger was being kept in an abandoned house. She told the operator the home’s exact address, and the police took over the case.

The police reportedly thought the woman might have been hallucinating, under the influence, or just seeing things. Nevertheless, investigating what could be happening is part of their job. So the cops had to go in. If there was indeed a large tiger being kept in an abandoned home, it could create problems. Aside from the fact that it is illegal to have the tiger as a pet, it also didn’t seem like its owner was good.
