Not Going Back To The Wild
In the end, it was not possible to release the tortoises back into the wild because they have been in that house for much of their lives. Releasing the creatures into the wild would actually put them at risk. They might be captured by poachers again or die. This is why it was decided that they will be taken care of closely by experts who will make sure that they are both safe and comfortable. The tortoises can now finally relax.
