The sewer was filthy and was mostly full of garbage; the animals could be seen cold from the heart and without food. The animals were still alive was a miracle! The team was unsure if the animals were okay, but the least they can do is try it.

If the mother was in the area, she could prefer to rescue the children by herself. If they have ever decided to take the babies and the mother returns suddenly, she may abandon them.
