Katey Sagal took on the role of matriarch of the Bundy family, who did not really like doing her household chores. Since she never cooked or cleaned and often treated her husband poorly, Peggy was certainly not a ‘typical housewife.’
Due largely to her sassy attitude and hysteric antics, Peggy was still the favorite of many show fans. You could always find Peggy sitting on the couch watching her favorite talk show with a box of chocolates.

Marcy was the next-door neighbor of the Bundy family, and her first husband, Steve, was played by David Garrison. Steve was a banker and a little bit nerdy. He was often roped into Al’s schemes, such as running after women and going to clubs that adult men sometimes frequent.

As one of Kelly’s boyfriends, Matt Leblanc was a recurring character named Vinnie Verducci on MWC. As Vinnie was very good looking and did not have too much going on in his brain, the two were perfect for each other.

Harold Sylvester played Griff’s character, divorced, and worked as a salesman at Gary’s Shoes with Al. Griff was more neutral on the subject and was much more polite than his male counterparts, while Al and his friends had big issues with their wives.

Ed O’Neill played the reclusive patriarch of the Bundy family on MWC. Bundy was sort of a doofus and not a good father or husband, unlike other television fathers of the past who were responsible and level-headed. Despite his surly demeanor, he clearly still cares for his family.

Alan Thicke was also a famous TV actor when he made two guest appearances at the MWC. In the family sitcom Growing Pains, the Canadian actor played Jason Seaver for 7 seasons. And he reprised his role in two reunion TV movies, The Growing Pains Movie, and Growing Pains: Return of the Seavers.

Cheech Marin made a brief appearance throughout the series in 3 episodes, but only his voice was featured on Married…With Children because he played Buck Bundy, the family dog.
While Buck usually acted like an average dog, he insulted his human caretakers on a few occasions in his thoughts’ safety. In the rare instance that he spoke, it was generally to express disappointment that his owners were guilty of negligence.

Since he played the role of Buck on MWC back in the 1990s, Cheech Marin has stayed in the public eye. Marin is a stand-up comedian and voice actor who has gained fame as one half of the comedy group Cheech & Chong.

As a news anchor with an unbelievably long name, Teresa Parente made several appearances at MWC. She played the role of Cardinal Miranda Veracruz de la Hoya, who was known to be unfortunate and had to cover a lot of pitiful new stories that Al and his friends often found in the middle of.

In her time in the business, Teresa had a successful acting career and played around 40 roles. Parente has not worked since 2011, but she appeared in shows such as 3rd Rock from the Sun, Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, Friends, and Without a Trace before she decided to retire.

In the 8th season of MWC, Jane Lynch made a quick guest appearance. In the 1994 Valentine’s Day-themed episode, Lynch played Greta. Greta was a wealthy woman who stayed at a hotel near Bud, looking for a former Valentine who had become a famous singer.

In just one episode of MWC, Ben Stein made an appearance, but it was a very memorable one. The Bundy family is distraught after Buck, the dog dies, and we see Buck in ‘Doggy Heaven.’ While there, Buck, played by Ben Stein, is introduced to a man in a chicken costume named Thomas.

In one episode of season 4, Tiffani Thiessen played Bud’s love interest, Heather McCoy. Bud had a crush on Heather when he was in 6th grade, and she reciprocated the romantic feelings just to humiliate Bud.

Fergie went under her birth name, Stacey Ferguson, before. In one episode of MWC, Fergie appeared in Season 8 before becoming an internationally acclaimed superstar.
Fergie plays Ann, who asks Bud if she could cut a line in front of him to get tickets for a concert. Bud agrees, but it turns out that some guys have been paying Ann to cut, and Bud is being sent to the back of the line.

Fergie, as we all know, established a reputation for herself after her appearance at the MWC. She became known as The Black Eyed Peas’ female vocalist and eventually released a solo album.
Fergie returned to the band to sing and continued to expand her music career. It has recently been announced that, after 8 years of marriage, she and Josh Duhamel are filing for divorce. The two of them have a son together.

In an episode titled “How Green Was My Apple,” Gary Coleman made a brief guest appearance. Coleman steps in to try and resolve the argument when the D’Arcy and Bundy families get into a dispute about an apple that fell into their backyards.

Sadly, before his untimely passing, Gary Coleman went through many challenges in his life. The Diff’rent Strokes star tried to commit suicide in the early 1990s on two different occasions. By moving to a small town in 2005, Coleman was trying to escape the stress of Los Angeles.

In an episode titled “Rock and Roll Girl,” Eva LaRue makes an appearance as Carrie. After Bud becomes her agent, Kelly is employed as a dancer for a music video in the episode.

Eva LaRue is an actress and model and is best known as Dr. Maria Santos for her recurring role in All My Children. Other shows, including CSI: Miami, Modern Girls’ Guide to Life, Criminal Minds, and Mack & Moxy, featured LaRue.
Her most recent role was as Karen in A Killer Walks Amongst Us. LaRue has one child and has been divorced three times in her personal life. We hope to see her act in various roles in the coming years, too!

On MWC, Pamela Anderson appeared as two separate characters in two episodes. As Yvette, Anderson makes her first appearance early in season 5. In one of his fantasies in the episode titled “Al … With Kelly,” Yvette and another beautiful blonde woman fight over Al Bundy.
She appears again in another one of Al’s fantasies later in the season. In the episode, she plays Cashew in a dream sequence.

We don’t have to tell you how Pamela Anderson turned out to be, but we’re still going to tell you. Anderson was starring in the Baywatch show and the Playboy Magazine model. She has the honor of appearing on more Playboy covers than any other model and has been working for the publication for 22 years.

In 1993, in an episode called “Movie Show,” Boreanaz played the role of Frank in Married … with Children. Frank was one of Kelly’s many boyfriends that her father disapproved of.

Another Beverly Hills star, 90210, to make up our list is Ian Ziering. Ziering appeared in an MWC episode in 1990 called “The Unnatural.” In the episode, Al is voted to be replaced by a better player by his softball team (including his family).

In two different episodes, Traci Lords made two guest appearances on MWC. Lords appear in her first appearance as T.C. A voluptuous assistant in the dental office. She takes photos and videos of Al with the dentist so that they are not sued for malpractice.

Traci Lords had a good career, and she started the adult entertainment industry in show business. She was a minor, and the owners of the film agency she worked with were arrested when the police discovered this.

Milla Jovovich plays a French foreign exchange student, Yvette, who stays in Bundy’s garage in an episode titled “Fair Exchange.” The Bundys earn $500 a month by hosting Yvette, but Yvette burns wood in the garage to stay warm.

In an episode called “He Ain’t Much, But He’s Mine,” Elizabeth Keifer appears as Ginger on MWC. Al begins to come up with excuses for why he is coming home late, and Peggy begins to suspect that he is cheating on her in this episode.

In the episode “Kelly Bounces Back,” Tina Louise appears as Ms. Beck. For a fancy car commercial that Kelly was auditioning for, Ms. Beck was the casting director. Ms. Beck starts to reject some of the commercial candidates, and after she steals Kelly’s move called “the Bundy Bounce,” Kelly’s nemesis Piper Bauman gets cast in part.

Basone was also, in reality, a wrestler who went through Hollywood in the ring. She was a Gorgeous Ladies Wrestling member and has been featured as an on-screen character for four seasons.
Basone continued to work as an independent wrestler after the wrestling promotion’s discontinuance and appeared in several other women’s promotions. Basone has also worked as a stuntwoman and actress. She made guest appearances on Saved by the Bell and In Living Color.

In what was supposed to be a pilot episode for a spin-off Married … Children radio show at Trumaine University, Keri Russell appears. The character is played by Keri, April Adams, a girl that Bud is dating.

After her time at MWC, Keri Russell became a famous movie star. Most notably, Russell played the title role in the Felicity show, and for her work, she received a Golden Globe Award. In films like Mission: Impossible III, Waitress, and August Rush, Russell appeared.
She can be seen in The Americans, a series that nominated her for some awards. Russell and Matthew Rhys are in a relationship, and she has three children. In July 2018, Russell was announced to have joined the film Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, released on December 20, 2019.

Krista Allen played the role of Crystal Clark, who was a student at Trumaine University. Bud enlists Crystal’s help to be part of a girls’ calendar that he creates for his entrepreneurial class when he discovers that Crystal is transgender.
Clark reveals that she was born a boy on a local talk show, and Bud is depressed by the news. This is the only episode in which Crystal Clark’s character appears. After that, she had been cast in many other shows like Emmanuel In Space.

Krista Allen is a well-known soap opera and TV actress nowadays. Allen appeared as the starring character in the TV movie franchise, Emmanuelle, before her appearance on MWC. Allen has appeared in dozens of shows, including Rules of Engagement and Two and a Half Men.

Christina Applegate played the ditzy Kelly Bundy in Married … with Children (MWC). Usually, Kelly was troubled with dating good looking boys or shopping with her father’s money. Kelly was known for mispronouncing simple words and making fun of her younger brother.
