What you need to do is grab a small cup or bowl and cover the top with plastic wrap. Just make sure that it extends past the edges. Put in some butter or oil, crack the egg inside, and then twist the sides into a neat little pouch! Simply drop the resulting bags into a saucepan of boiling water. Simply cut the wraps when they are ready and serve.
