Shortly before the wedding, Katie realized she was leaving someone out of their guest list. There was one person who did not receive an invitation at first, which people were understanding of, but Katie decided she needed to be there. Despite how some people may feel, Katie invited this person anyway: “I realized I’m missing something, the piece that helped shape me and Jeremy’s relationship and helped us both grow up,” she said. “I needed Casey to know how thankful I am to her.”
