What Do They Want
One of the men in the group had a folder with the bill inside and it was pinned under his elbow that was close to his chest. However, when Ashley tried to retrieve it, the man refused to give the bill to her and slowly looked up and down like he was observing her. She felt the way his eyes traveled until it reached her surprised face. After that, he got the bill that he held and gave it back to her. She had a feeling that they were taunting her.

Ashley was still staring at the men’s eyes when suddenly he put his chair back while the other men followed his lead. It was like he signaled the other to leave the place. All three men stood in their place and the one with the bill swung his shoulder and the look that he made was like pointing to the door behind him. She was confused especially when a stranger did something that she did not expect. It was like he wanted her to follow him.
