DMX had 15 children with nine different women. With his first wife, Tashera Simmons, he had four children. Although still married to Tashera, he had multiple extramarital encounters. He and Patricia Trego had a daughter, and he and ex-girlfriend Yadira Borrego had three more children. He gave birth to a daughter in 2009, another in 2011, and his fifteenth child in 2016. He died in April of 2021.
