That’s what the magnificent ranch house appears like. It’s the location the Gaines family can feel at home. The outdoor area is the finest place to set up meetings and gatherings. There are a fireplace and a reconstructed barn. We particularly love the dining, which is obviously perfect for social gatherings and family breakfasts. The family certainly brings life to many concepts on the asset.

Life On A Farm
The comparatively tiny farmhouse lies entirely on a 40-acre land! That’s plenty of room, but Chip and Joanna also have ideas about just how best to use the property. They would like to grow different types of trees throughout the land. They also like the concept of caring for animals. Chip and Joanna have undoubtedly succeeded in making the old farm a perfect farmhouse. The chicken coop and the silo are our personal favorites. The pair have taken steps to ensure that the classical look was not really gone. In reality, their rustic allure was even enhanced.
