Another thought came to Joe shortly after. Perhaps an animal had come in and eaten the food? But that seemed improbable. Since his neighborhood was not necessarily the safest in New York, he still locked all the doors and windows at night. Not to mention that the food in the refrigerator was gone, and he knew that no creature could open the refrigerator doors. Something or someone else must have been it. Joe had enough to speculate about it – it was time to act. But Joe didn’t know what was coming.

Setting Up The Camera
Joe came to town with determination and purchased a surveillance camera with night vision. He built it near the corner roof of the kitchen, ensuring that the corner had an unobstructed view of the fridge and pantry. He knew he wouldn’t warn his girlfriend he might catch her in the act if it were her. He pressed the record, and his day began. But he removed the memory card the next morning and prepared himself to discover the truth finally. But as it turns out, he wasn’t mentally prepared for it.
