In all fairness, with the number of movie titles out there, it wouldn’t be unreasonable to think there really is a movie named ‘Other People’. In fact, there most likely is one. Still, it quickly became clear that it was a sly way for this person to say they want to see other people.

It’s definitely not a classy way to break up, but it will guarantee that this person won’t want to be with them. No one wants to be with someone who has no interest in them, right? At least, no one should want to be with someone uninterested in them.
