After finalizing her decision to go to work while attending the meeting, she had to look for someone to help watch over Ava. Claudia still wanted someone she trusted to look after her daughter, although the meeting shouldn’t take too long. She went through her phone contacts to see if friends or family were available. After multiple calls, Claudia felt frustrated and had no one. Her sister told her that Claudia might not have thought of someone for the job.

Her sister recommended J’Ann, one of their nieces, to watch over Ava while Claudia was away. Even though she knew that her niece was a responsible girl, Claudia was unsure whether she would leave a two-month-old teenager.
