Babies are bundles of joy, but you cannot expect them to fully cooperate when you are taking photos. The kid on the left seems happy with the accessory she has on, but the second baby did not like hers.

It’s Called A Choking Hazard
First of all, these things are choking hazard. Second, they are probably not very comfortable to lie on top of. Luck must have been on the side of the first photographer! Unfortunately for the second one, freaking is a perfectly acceptable reaction here. Who can blame the baby for acting that way?
